A: On the contact page, send me a brief (or detailed) message stating the name of the photo (found under each image) along with your preferred size, photo name(s), and print medium. If you’re unsure about your plan or desired outcome, I’ll gladly assist you in making an appropriate selection and walk you through your options step by step.
Q: Why is the webpage loading slowly?
A: The images are numerous, high-resolution, and large files. I didn’t compromise on image selection or quality. With thousands of images to choose from, I’ve selected hundreds of my favorites for you. Please allow time for the page to load—good things are worth the wait, I promise.
Q: Can I convert a black-and-white image to color or a color image to black-and-white?
A: Absolutely, I value your perspective on my art. Whether it’s due to personal taste, alignment with existing artwork, or wall color, I’m happy to accommodate your preference. I’ll even send a sample of the requested change before finalizing your order.
Q: Will you tell me more about the photo(s) I purchase?
A: If you wish, I will provide as much of the story behind the photo(s) as possible. I remember everything about each of my photos: my own and/or the subject’s emotions, the month and year, the location, why I originally visited those places, the smell of the air, the temperature, and the events leading up to as well after the journey, to name just a few details I could share.
Q: Can you frame the photo(s) I have selected?
A: Yes, I can happily frame the photos. We can keep it simple by providing me minimal parameters: overall size, border size, color, depth, etc. Alternatively, you can provide exact details to the frame(s) you want: Source, brand, finish, exact specs, etc.
Q: What if I’m still unsure about how to select a print or request work from you?
A: I’d be happy to arrange a one-on-one chat, phone call, Zoom meeting, or video call to establish a good relationship and clear communication, ensuring you or your business is more than satisfied with the results.
Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: I’ll begin processing your order within 48 hours of receiving your request and payment. Expect delivery within 10-14 days (or sooner) for North America and 14-21 days for international orders. If there are any delays due to printing errors or equipment issues, I’ll inform you promptly.
